Nestled in the green Tuscan hills, Villa Poggetto is a completely renovated historic 19th-century residence, where authentic charm and modern comforts combine to offer a peaceful stay.
The villa features spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a swimming pool surrounded by nature, a garden, panoramic terraces, a relaxation room with a hot tub, and welcoming spaces designed for guests' well-being.
The property is spread over three levels and includes three fully equipped kitchens, a large open space with dining room and living room, nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a reading room with fireplace, a large porch, and panoramic terraces.

Villa Poggetto offers a variety of accommodations: the entire villa can accommodate up to 25 people, or you can choose from independent apartments or double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Villa Poggetto is spread over three levels. The spacious portico, ideal for spending pleasant summer afternoons, welcomes guests with its beautiful citrus trees. On the ground floor are two kitchens, three double bedrooms, and a triple bedroom, all with private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, safes, and TVs, as well as two full bathrooms with bathtubs. The first floor features a large open space that serves as a living room, dining room, and kitchen, where guests can enjoy socializing or reading in the fireplace-filled room. Also on the first floor is the master bathroom with a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower and three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and TV. There are also two terraces, one overlooking the garden and pool. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a relaxation room with a whirlpool tub. Both the first and second floors are air-conditioned. The villa is designed to accommodate up to twenty-five guests.

The Suite is located on the first and second floors of the Villa. It will be a pleasure to welcome you into a spacious open space comprising a living room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for socializing or reading in the fireplace-equipped room. Also on the first floor is the master bathroom with a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower. Two terraces complete the floor, one overlooking the garden and pool. On the second floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a relaxation room with a hydromassage tub. The Suite is designed to accommodate up to six guests and is air-conditioned.

The apartment spans both floors of the villa and features two independent entrances. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a large open space combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, ideal for socializing or enjoying a good book in the fireplace room. Also on the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, and TV, as well as an elegant master bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower. Guests have access to two terraces, one overlooking the garden and pool. The second floor features two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a relaxation room with a Jacuzzi tub. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to twelve people and is air conditioned.
